EBI Resources Advances Tourism Investment and Hotel Operations in Uzbekistan

EBI Resources held a strategic meeting with Uzbekistan’s National Tourism Committee to advance tourism investment projects and to strengthen cooperation between Indonesia and Uzbekistan. CEO Erslan G. Ibrahim set out the group’s commitment to tourism connectivity, infrastructure in historic centres such as Bukhara and Samarkand, and national cultural programmes.

Uzbekistan’s tourism authorities welcomed the initiative and expressed support for an integrated, sustainable tourism agenda. To help investment proceed smoothly, the Tourism Committee appointed a team from its International Cooperation Division to accompany licensing, legal support, and official agency facilitation.

The cooperation also covers tourism promotion between the two countries through media in Jakarta, and a planned Indonesia–Uzbekistan Pavilion in Tashkent as a lasting platform for investment. Both sides hope the partnership will deepen and that Uzbekistan will remain a leading destination for travellers and investors from Indonesia.
